“Popularity faded after BBNaija, no hit song” — Daniel Regha slams Laycon

Daniel Regha, a controversial Twitter critic, suggests Laycon’s career is fading while referring to him as a no-hit singer.

It should be noted that the singer rose to prominence following his appearance on the reality show, following which he published his musical album.

However, three years have gone since the singer’s triumphant exit from BBNaija, and his music career appears to be fading.

Daniel Regha called out Laycon in a tweet on the microblogging network Twitter for losing touch with stardom and his music business. He also blamed his slide on releasing his music before achieving long-term fame.

He wrote: “Laycon is a promising upcomer, but it’s not by “Awa fierce” or online hype, he should’ve built his presence as a musician before dropping an album. He has no hit single, his 2021 projects underperformed & his popularity has faded since after BBN. Best wishes though. No offense,”.
