Ilebaye Odinaya has finally spoken out after the huge outrage over her controversial dress at Davido’s recent party.
This entire issue began at an exclusive celebration of Davido’s Martell brand held by the acclaimed singer and entrepreneur.
With a bevy of superstars in attendance, the event was clearly star-studded. One of the attendees, Baye, found herself at the center of a media frenzy.
The fashion statement that caught the most attention and provoked the most comments was Ilebaye’s two-piece attire.
Her look was unmistakably elevated by a bold blazer-cum-short jacket that revealed a lot.
The blazer’s open style displayed a lot of cleavage, albeit discreetly wrapped with black tape, sparking a heated controversy.
The event, according to critics, had a formal tone, with most participants dressed in business-like and sophisticated apparel. They felt that Ilebaye’s dress was improper for the occasion and extremely bold.
There was even suggestion that her aims were to attract Davido, Chioma’s husband’s attention.
