Doyin reveals the reason she will advise any one not to go on the Big Brother Naija show

Reality TV personality Doyin David has given advice on why the popular reality show Big Brother Naija is not for everyone.

In an interview with The Morning Brief, Doyin stated that anyone who lacks solid mental stability should not appear on a reality TV show.

The brand influencer, who was a housemate on Big Brother Naija’s “Level Up” and “All Stars” seasons, spoke about her life after the program and admitted that the financial aspect was exciting.

However, she feels it has a negative impact on mental health since it exposes people to others’ judgments about their lives.

Doyin noted that, despite the show’s weaknesses, the positives outweigh the negatives.

In her words: “I keep saying it. If you are not like mentally grounded and you are not sure about who you are and the type of person that you are, maybe you still have like issues with your mental health, I will not advise you to go on that show.”
