After several arguments with Ruthee during their time on Big Brother Naija season 9, BBNaija star Wanni has released a new statement implying that Ruthee may be suffering from an undiagnosed mental illness.
Following the completion of BBNaija Season 9, Wanni spoke with Ebuka, the show’s host, in an intimate conversation about the problems she was still having with Ruthee.
She recounted how Ruthee had earlier claimed that she and another housemate, X Handi, had spent #30,000 on dubious activities in Lekki.
When Ruthee unexpectedly returned home, she said a number of provocative things about Wanni, even threatening to get her to respond.
Despite avoiding a physical confrontation, Wanni said in her interview with Ebuka that she wasn’t sure why Ruthee was acting the way she was, but she had suspicions that it may be related to a mental condition Ruthee is unaware of.
Wanni further explained that she had hoped Ruthee would approach her for a conversation to clear the air before their face-off began. However, when that didn’t happen, she chose not to take offense.
Despite the situation, Wanni stated that she doesn’t blame Ruthee for her actions, as she didn’t see her in a negative light initially. However, with Ruthee’s second return to the house, displaying bitter and negative behavior, Wanni labeled it as “witchcraft.”
She added that she believes Ruthee might be going through something, either mentally or physically, that is affecting her behavior.
