Denari calls out housemates for fake tears, plans own crying moment

Denari, a contestant on BBNaija Season 10, has accused other housemates of using tears as a tactic to play the victim and win over the viewers in an attempt to win the show.

Along with Danboski, another housemate, he disclosed plans to put on an emotional performance of his own.

This information was made public via a series of posts on the social media site X (previously Twitter), in which Denari was seen in a video discussing what he had seen in the house, including the recent altercation between Kaybobo and Mensan.

According to Denari, both housemates purposefully sobbed at various points to make themselves seem like victims to the audience. “The display was calculated, not real,” he said.

“This is fake, it’s a performance. I can see you acting all these things. It’s not genuine. Mensan dey cry victim, Kaybobo cry victim today,” he said, noting that Kaybobo cried after making Mensan emotional.

He then told Danboski they needed to stage their own dramatic moment.

According to him, their strategy would involve a slow emotional build-up that eventually peaks.

We need our own flare-up moment. It’s going to start from an anti-climax, then e go climax,” Denari said.

Their comments have since gone viral, attracting mixed reactions from fans and viewers online.
