#BBMzansi: How Nthabii allowed R2 million slip away from her.

Tonight’s eviction show saw Nthabii leave the #BBMzansi house after securing lowest number of votes out of the six housemate nominated.

Nale was the first to be put out of her misery when she was told she was safe. Thato soon joined her in her relief, visibly relieved that she would be able to stay in the House for another week. Lawrence then repeated the process with Mphowabadimo, Gash1, and Sis Tamara, but not with Nthabii. Mphowabadimo was visibly upset when she was told she would have to leave the Big Brother Mzansi House, and understandably so: she and Nthabii have been very close, and Mpho’s isolation in the House is now complete. It’ll be a tough competition for her.

During her conversation with Lawrence, Nthabii stated that she was confident that everyone voted for her, a sentiment she reiterated during her Diary Session on Tuesday. However, only three Housemates voted for her: Tulz, Libo, and Venus, which was far fewer than the number of people who Nominated Mpho. It doesn’t matter, because it’s the votes of the viewers that count, and Nthabii did not receive enough to save her.

When Lawrence asked who she was looking forward to seeing, she said her mother… and her boyfriend, which surprised her, especially given that she’s had more than just a kiss from Themba. It could be awkward later.

The number of Housemates is now exactly half of what it was five weeks ago, and they only have four weeks to either win R2 million or go down trying.
