Jackson Ude, a well-known journalist, has threatened to make public the video of Big Brother Naija’s’shine ya eyes’ contestant Pere Egbi’s alleged affair with Rashida Yahaya Bello, the First Lady of Kogi State.
Jackson Ude, according to ENaija TV, exposed the reality star turned actor for having an affair with Rashida Bello.
Jackson Ude questioned why the reality star was usually near the First Lady in a now-deleted post.
According to him, word on the street in Abuja is that Pere and Rashida Bello are lovers, as they have been seen together multiple times at the Hilton Hotel Abuja.
According to Jackson Ude, the rumor is that Rashida gave Egbi N5 million naira when they first met.
“Why is #BBNaija Pere Egbi all over the place with Kogi First Lady, Rashida Bello? Gist around Abuja says that they are lovers. Egbi and Mrs Bello are said to have been sighted severally at the Hilton Hotel Abuja. The gist is that when they first met, First Lady gifted Egbi N5 million”.
Ain was enraged. Pere Egbi had reacted to accusations that he was having an affair with the first lady.
Pere Egbi threatened legal action against the journalist after shutting down the reporting. He called the publication a “demonic falsehood” and “a fabrication of Jackson’s twisted imagination.”
He swore to go to court and sue him.
“For the records, the publication about me and the First Lady of Kogi State is a demonic lie and a figment of a diseased imagination of Jackson Ode and those retweeting that rubbish, they must answer me in court both in Nigeria and in the United States of America where he is based”.
“Who the hell is #BBNaija Pere Egbi? They better advice him to keep quiet. If I hear or see my name on his mention again, I will release the video and damn it. I deleted earlier tweet because senior officials pleaded. But if he wants to flex muscles with me, try me!”.
