Nengi Hampson, better known as Nengi, a former Big Brother Naija Season 5 housemate, has won the 2022 GAGE ONLINE INFLUENCER OF THE YEAR award, beating out Liquorose.
Nengi ended up winning two categories (BEST ACTOR IN A WEB SERIES and ONLINE INFLUENCER OF THE YEAR) from the 12 available categories for the night, thereby making her the biggest winner for the night.
Liquorose also lost the TIKTOK INFLUENCER OF THE YEAR category to Beryl.ama.
The AMVCA8 Best Online Content Creator Mr Funny/Investor Sabinus also clinch the ONLINE COMEDIAN OF THE YEAR category.
The award ceremony, which took place on Saturday night in Lagos, was designed to recognize, promote, and honor digital personalities and brands.
GAGE nominations for 2022 included 11 categories that were determined by public votes.
