Cross and Angel addressed their relationship on the 9th episode of the Big Brother Naija shine ya eye reunion program.
It’s no secret that their friendship deteriorated from sweet to sour, earning them the shippers’ moniker ‘CrossGel.’
Angel complained a lot during last night’s episode about how Cross never returned the same energy she did when it came to their friendship, and how she was always there for him but he wasn’t for her.
Ebuka then questioned Cross if everything she stated was real, and he said that it wasn’t.
While attempting to explain, he stated that they ‘were’ friends, which Angel misheard and swiftly corrected, stating that they were not.
Cross, she claims, cannot be her friend since he enjoys gaslighting others.
Ignoring her remark, Cross continued with his explanation, claiming that part of his acts were motivated by his ability to be intriguing.
Angel stated that he wasn’t, to which he responded that it was her business if she didn’t believe.
