Reality star Tacha has left tongues wagging after undergoing chest surgery to remove a Davido tribute tattoo.

She debuted a slimmer waist and a new tattoo on her Instagram profile, taking the place of the previous one of Davido.

She was dancing in workout clothes in the video, displaying a notably changed chest shape.
