After Kuture was observed choking during a mealtime in the lounge, the altercation broke out. He claimed that RooBoy, who was sitting close by, disregarded his evident agony and failed to provide him with assistance or a drink.
Taken by surprise, RooBoy reacted defensively, saying he was unaware of the gravity of the situation.
