Last night, after hearing things being said in the house about Bright Morgan and their relationship, Mide decided to have an honest conversation with him. She told him
that while she may make mistakes, she doesn’t believe in changing herself just to fit into someone else’s expectations. “If I edit myself, then it means we don’t fit,” she said.
Bright Morgan reassured her that he doesn’t see her as a mistake. He reminded Mide that they’ve only known each other for a month, and naturally, there are still parts of her personality and character he’s yet to discover. He further made it clear that he isn’t unserious about her.
Wanting to clear the air, Bright Morgan apologised to Mide and promised to value every conversation they have. He added that he’ll think carefully before speaking and that he will do better. Mide, keeping things light but firm, responded by saying she is putting him on probation.
Despite this moment of reconciliation, Bright Morgan later confided in Victory that he sometimes worries Mide may be developing stronger feelings for him than he intended.
He also admitted that he misses a certain woman outside the house, someone he believes is still rooting for him.
Torn between staying true to her and navigating house dynamics, he said he doesn’t want to risk that bond for the pressures of the game.
Victory gave it to him straight and told him that while Mide might eventually walk away, Bright Morgan’s girlfriend outside is more likely to remain loyal. He advised him to not mess up something real for temporary emotions.
The events of last night highlight the complexity of Bright Morgan’s journey in Biggie’s house, as whispers, emotions, and loyalty collide in ways he can’t easily escape.
