Happie Boys , the former Chicken Republic security guards who went viral for dancing on duty and were later fired, elicited sympathy from Nigerians, particularly Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere (General Overseer of the Omega Power Ministries), who later sent them abroad (Cyprus) to study, have taken to social media to express their outrage.
In a post on their official Instagram profile, the guys startled netizens by stating that they had only been in school for 6 months before being forced to drop out due to a lack of funding.
They said that it is exceedingly difficult to obtain work in Cyprus and that living in the country is extremely expensive.
Happie Boys also shared their discussions with Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, in which they begged money from him multiple times and he replied he was broke and ignored the messages on other occasions.
