Ex-Big Brother Naija housemate Christy O has stated that Nigerian cosmetics and makeup are considerably superior to those found in South Africa. And her remark is aimed squarely at Big Brother Titans winner Khosi Twala.
Remember when a few days after Khosi emerged as the first-ever winner of Big Brother Titans in South Africa, her face was mocked by netizens who questioned the veracity of her makeup?
Khosi landed in Nigeria for her media tour a few weeks later, with Nigerian stylists, makeup artists, and designers looking after her.
From all appearances, Khosi appears more professional in her face and attire than she did in her own country.
This has prompted Christy O to post a message on her Twitter page, in which she directly tells Khosi to her face. Christy also encouraged South African makeup artists to hone their skills and even learn from their Nigerian counterparts.
“I believe we can all agree with clear evidence that the difference is clear,” Christy writes in her tweet. The craft is all that matters, and we have plenty of it. Just learn and better your craft, no matter who it may concern.”
Christy’s co-stars Phyna and Cyph, on the other hand, endorsed her post, stating,
“I legit was waiting for this”, Cyph typed.
“Please, not today,” Phyna teased.
